Even so, the owner is in the shop every day working hands-on to serve up some delicious dishes to Piggy’s patrons who stop in to create customized sandwiches and salads using their favorite ingredients.

I do love a good sandwich shop, especially when you don't have the time to linger at one of the fantastic restaurants in piccadilly, Piggy's sounds like it's right up my street. What with online orders too, that makes it all the more attractive a work week lunch spot.
