Dum Pukt was created by the Moghuls (Turk Mongols by origin and Muslim by religion) who were lovers of nature, the good life, and who had a keen sense of beauty and a passion for elegance. This was reflected in their delicate flavours, the presentation of their food, and their mouth-watering dishes with smooth, silky sauces.
Indiana has embraced the Dum Pukt philosophy and style in all of the dishes they create. The food is an amalgam of old and new—all of it worth trying!
