Some of the noteworthy dishes are Duck Spring Rolls; Prawns Singapore Fried Noodles; Canton Special Chow Mein with pork, beef, prawns and chicken with yellow egg noodles stir-fried with vegetables;Chicken Kurma, a very mild dish cooked in nuts and cream saucel; King Prawn Stir-Fry in chili and lemongrass; and Banana Fritters.
